We have an old MS Access Database - can you use it?

It's not uncommon to have an old Microsoft Access database that was started by an employee or a consultant who is no longer able to support you in a timely manner. The program has probably served you well for many years and you'd like to keep using it if possible.

Usually these old systems contain many older features you no longer need, but having a legacy Access database or Excel spreadsheets can often be the foundational start of a new system. These systems contain a wealth of business logic that will not need to be reinvented.

While we can work with MS Access, you should consider the benifits of a web-based custom application. Just to name a few:

  • Unlimited number of users
  • No need to update the program on every computer
  • No macro errors or user lock-outs
