Seminar Providers

Our client company, a seminar provider needed to optimize and coordinate the numerous, detailed steps involved in staging and hosting seminars, from new client setup to scheduling the venue. We created software that allows customers to select printed material, subject matter, meals, etc. The marketing and mailing module ensures that seminar invitations are printed, mail-merged and sent in a timely fashion. This module also permits phone operators to log incoming RSVPs, and track telemarketing efforts for outbound sales calls. The accounting module creates invoices and tracks customer payments.

Real Estate Signs

Custom software by Polytechs allows our real estate client to schedule the installation and removal of real estate signage. It tracks custom signs for individual real estate offices and agents, and provides drive routes for daily installations and removals. It also creates invoices for clients and tracks payments.

Service Providers

Polytechs’ custom application allows the company owner to schedule technicians for house calls, based upon the level of technical expertise required.

Construction/Home Renovation

This new program allows the owner to upload daily jobs for workers. Workers can log in from home or remote locations to view their daily assignments. This allows the owner to schedule jobs closest to each worker’s home and minimizes travel time. The program also tracks time and materials by job.

Golf Course

We created custom software that allows course members to schedule rounds of golf online. The online program is tied to an in-house application located in the pro shop, and it updates available time slots in real time.
